You can easily book your vacation through our website or by contacting one of our travel specialists. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your resort stay.
We are pleased to tell you that the prices shown on the checkout before payments are made are always based on a total cost for the accommodation for the entire stay. Our prices are NOT per person but for the ENTIRE stay. Some offers also have additional benefits included but the cost is always based on the full travelling party regardless of that being for 2 or 4 people and regardless of the deal including breakfast or all-inclusive. The cost shown is the full cost of the vacation, not per person and not per night.
After your payment and booking are processed, your reservation will be confirmed immediately. A final hotel confirmation will follow once the resort updates your stay in their system.
Our deals always include luxury accommodations and offer a range of benefits from Breakfast, All-inclusive, Theme Park Tickets and even Onsite Resort Credit in some cases. Unfortunately, these deals do not include flights or transportation. The number of travelers accepted on each deal will vary and will be visible on the offer page and the terms of the promotion in question. Please view each deal to see the exact benefits included.
A small booking fee is applied to each reservation to cover administrative and processing costs. The amount will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Our vacation packages provide incredible savings, which vary between hotels. Our deals do not include flights, but we find that most of our customers benefit from using services such as Google Flights to ensure the best prices. We have found that travelling during the low season and selecting mid-week and non-holiday stays can drastically decrease the price of flights.
Our hotels generally have a "No Pets" policy. However, all hotels do allow REGISTERED Service Animals (not emotional support animals) with correct documentation, which must be added to the booking at the time of speaking with the booking department.
You can book your travel dates immediately, however our special offers have a minimum requirement of 10 days advancing booking notice. This is a requirement set by the hotels themselves for the promotional price that just cant set dates for arrival within 10 days of purchase. We provide maximum flexibility with 18 months to set your travel dates.
When purchasing a Parasol Vacations Special Offer deal, you will enjoy 18 months to select your dates. If you would like to provide the vacation to a qualified family member or friend in place of your travelling, this is fine. However, this deal will not be transferable once the dates have been set.
Parasol Vacations offers all-inclusive packages in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Costa Rica, and Panama. The all-inclusive packages include luxury accommodations, unlimited meals, alcohol, and use of the resort amenities. Airfare and transportation are not included. Parasol Vacations customers, on average, save over $2000 on our all-inclusive travel packages when compared against other travel sites like Expedia and Booking. The cost of the all-inclusive package is NOT per person; it is for the entire stay for 2 adults and, in most cases, 2 kids. The specific hotel offer will specify if kids are included.
